Tracy was founded in 1878 as a small railroad town located in the San Joaquin River Delta, but in the last few years affordable housing and the family oriented atmosphere has aided the population growth to over 70,000 residents. Tracy is just 60 miles from San Francisco and 60 miles from Sacramento. It is where the Bay Area meets the Central Valley.

In the last decade West Valley Mall with over 80 retail stores and restaurants have located adjacent to a major freeway. Prime Outlets, which has over 30 stores, attract thousands from the Valley and the Bay Area. Tracy is a GREAT place to live, work and play.
